I was as wide eyed as any child today as horses danced and pigeons jumped rope and tigers roared and elephants walked on their back legs and spangled ladies flew in the air and spangled gents walked the tight rope over the “big cats”! Ahhh-the sensory overload!
I’m thinking about making a “career change”.One where I’d have a waist! (grin)
We had seats right in front of the center ring. So close that the rosin from the high wire acts floated down over us. And we could see the sweat on their brows. They make it look so effortless. I kept looking at ground below-gulp!
There was a pre-show an hour early. You could go down into the arena and talk to the performers. And see some of the acts-up close and personal.
Talk about suspension of reality-this is a different world. A Magical place.
