This event is for children six years old and UNDER! While there certainly are tears and spills there are also proud smiles. All the children receive a trophy and they should. That takes guts!

This huge quiet space was used for community purposes. I can almost see the spirits still….

The dark skies and bolts of lightning added to the feeling of timelessness at the site of the ruins.

Either these folks were really short or they enjoyed getting their heads banged.  

These ruins date from about the year 1200. I wonder if a little Indian boy sat where Gabriel sat and gazed out this opening to his home?

This ‘city boy’ is busy meeting country all over the place!

The rivers are running full and fast, still, from melting snow pack.

Gabriel and his grandpa took off for a nearby pond the first evening. This is a long way from the big city…and the fish were calling!
