Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park
Since it seemed prudent to move in case of a flash flood we scooted over to the next town, Fredricksburg, and parked on a hill. We’re safe here because in this corner of Texas not even God would mess with Lady Bird Johnson’s Park!
It did rain all night, with the attendant ‘flash and bang’. It wasn’t nearly as bad as the other night…for which I was grateful. We slept better not needing to listen for a siren in the night!
We moseyed over to Luckenbach again. While we were there I noticed that appearently the armadillos ‘party as hardy’ as the rest of the folks in this town!
