A place to stay

by_the-river8Prices at RV parks have gone up across the board in most places….Usually in the mid to high $30s per night. Surprisingly this beautiful little park was the cheapest we found. About $20 dollars a night.

WiFi was a constant problem. Most places advertise they have it…but a lot of luck getting on it! Where people used to use it for dealing with email now they try to stream movies etc. That is something for which even the best parks have trouble providing band width. There is something called a ‘jet pack’ which gives you your own ‘hot spot’ via your phone for a monthly cost. Next time we travel we’ll have one!

Other than that, the parks we stayed in were clean, pretty and felt safe.  And the Bounder always feels like a true second home. There is little we miss when we’re on the road…except friends and family.
