This is the sweetest little covered bridge we have come across in all our travels. It’s down a long dirt road that just ends a little beyond it. There is no reason to be traveling down this particular road and we would never have found it except someone put a ‘geocache’ there.
We’ve discovered that the ‘treasures’ of geocaching are not necessarily found in the hidden cache…the treasure is a beautiful part of the world that someone thought you would enjoy seeing as much as they did.
Thanks to a couple from Las Vegas, Nevada…we ambled along a country road, smelled the faint fragrance of wildflowers, listened to the brook sing under this little red bridge…and were warmed by their gift of sharing!
