I suspect there is a law of some sort that states “the value of a used bookstore is directly proportional to whether or not they have a resident cat.”
This cat at the ‘Mad Hatter’ is enormous! He walked by me and I thought it was a dog! Cozy store, purring cat, good books…ahhhh…bliss.
