A trip into Provo for a return to the -woodworking candy store. Rick picked up a specialty knife and a really good book on carving. And I took a look into a nifty craft store called Robert’s Arts and Crafts.
Then we took a drive through the fall colors of Utah. As pretty as anything we’ve seen thus far !!
What a gorgeous drive! The Aspens and Maples are in peak foliage and mixed in among the pines.
There are waterfalls. And a noisy little stream that tumbles over the rocks down the canyon.
We would be driving through corridors of golden Aspens and come out to a vista that would take our breath away.
It narrows at the lower end of the canyon, with soaring walls of jagged granite.
We are going to go back tomorrow…Rick with a fishing pole in hand and I with a slide camera!
