Brakes fixed…we left Hemet about 9: 30 am and it was hot already. Now we are in Buellton… and it is blessedly COOL. Enough to close the windows and for Rick to put on a warm shirt. I feel like going outside and just drinking in great gulps of the coolness. Seems the older I get the less I can tolerate the heat. (or want to tolerate the heat ) This is a pretty park near Santa Barbara, Lompoc and Solvang. All places I want to spend some time in.
I used the “Mean Lean Grilling Machine” for the first time in the RV tonight. Man o’man does that little grill cook good food! Had chicken breasts…very moist. We can eat “home cooked” food in a fast easy way.
