This is the most amazing little town. Full of wonderful Victorian homes, hanging on the sides of hills. I can’t wait to explore it…but today we checked out War Eagle. That’s where, in a week, Rick will be attending woodcarving classes. There’s an old working gristmill there to explore….very picturesque.
Rogers is a small town near where we will be staying. We stopped in to get a coke in McDonalds. They have a nearly full sized plane, complete with Ronald McDonald, about to crash into their roof! Inside the restaurant, restrooms are labeled as ‘Maintenance Hangers’. It could be because it’s near the local airport…or else Ronald has just taken leave of his senses!
