It was a bit of a shock to drive from nippy weather into 78 degrees! The land here is covered with brush and cacti along I-10.
We took a drive after dinner and a mile or so from the Interstate there is another would…a green irrigated world. It invites you to take in great gulps of air filled with the aroma of Alfalfa. On the other hand, there are just enough dairy farms to also encourage you to take a ‘test sniff’ first!
What a miracle water is…to this thirsty Arizona Desert!
