We are taking a short trip to visit friends in Tucson while we wait for the car to be repaired. (Thank goodness for rental cars) We decided to run into Joshua National Park for a bit of photography and got caught in a road repair caravan. It took a couple of extra hours to get through the mess. Boy, is there a lot of lonely country out there. We hardly saw another car the whole time we were on Hwy 62. It did make for an easy drive though.
