Our friends Bonnie and Mike Herron love to photograph wildflowers so when we passed a group of rare wild Tiger Lilies , Mike commenced screaming “STOP STOP” at the top of his voice.
Luckily he was in a crowd of photographers or we would have thought he’d taken leave of his senses! As it were… we did what we always do…slam on the brakes!
I can see why he was excited…these are beautiful little flowers. A bright spot of color in the green of an Oregon summer.
