I’ve heard about these…but never attended one before. Twenty couples got together to experiment on different groups of foods to tuck inside a pie iron and cook on the coals. The combinations are endless. Some of these irons are so old they could qualify as antique.
‘We’ tried Pastrami, kraut, cheese and hot mustard inside a tortilla, folded it up and cooked it until the cheese melted…the results were yummy!
