We took a drive through the Pintler Scenic Loop. There was fresh snow on the mountaintops. A clerk in Phillipsburg said they would have snow on the ground there in a couple of weeks. Funny to think that Sept is Hemet’s hottest month.
Montana has more then its fair share of beauty…from rolling hills and cattle country to majestic mountains. 
Phillipsburg is like a lot of small Montana towns. You can see the past in the buildings.
