An unusual eating experience is something we always seek out…so when Bill and Sally told us about a place in the little town of Center…the four of us were eager to try it out. The challenge was FINDING it! This eating establishment is primarily for the farm workers that work the nearby potato fields. The word was it serves an ‘all you can eat’ lunch buffet of very authentic Mexican food.
We stopped three times for directions…drove right by it twice. There’s no name…just a tiny open sign in the window of a building. Okay…we pulled into the Housing area and had to ask a FOURTH time! This time we had narrowed it down to the point he just pointed over to it! It was as advertised….plain, clean, abundant, good…Mexican fare. Worth the trip.
