It’s hot under these big tents…it got to 90 degrees today but everyone was having too much fun to pay it much mind. There are huge fans set up and Rick (smart boy) is sitting in front of one.
Rick had another really first rate instructor today. Phil Bishop, in the center, is discussing a detail on a fellow student’s carving. Rick is paying strict attention…he says that you learn as much listening while Phil talks as when he is carving on a piece.
I went in with Rick today and took a tole painting class. I enjoyed it…met a lot of nice people. My rabbit, however, looks more like a cat with ears that exceeded ALL parental expectations!
