Who should we meet in downtown Durango but an old friend from Riverside that had moved here years ago. We knew Kathy Feng before she became ‘famous’. She is an expert in leading specialized photo tours to China.
Because of the connections she has…her groups explore places other tourists don’t have the oportunity to see. For instance…she has more then a passing acquaintance with the famous Chinese Panda Bears.
When we first greeted her she had a blank look on her face….took her a ‘beat’ to place us out of context. She claims it was because “All you people look alike to me!” (grin) Her humor is as quick as her shutter!
We took off to a nearby pub for some catching up. Lucky we saw her…three more weeks and she is back to China….What a life this gal leads!
