This young lady is ‘killing’ balloons while racing at full tilt. Their skill is awesome…they seldom miss! I’d want her on ‘my’ posse!

We have admired murals all over the United States but this one by John Pugh in Twentynine Palms, CA is by far my favorite one. The humor, as well as the skill, of this artist amazes and delights me.

Nope…it’s the desert salt flats on the way home from Laughlin. But it was as close as we were about to get to the ‘look’ of snow!

We got a room with a view (not to brag…but note the plush chair on the patio) however, it ‘was’ a little far from the strip!
