Nothing makes me feel more like a kid than a county fair! The smell of dozens of kinds of cooking food, the 4-H kids showing their animals, the quilt and jams and artfully arranged posies. Rick won two firsts and two second prizes with his carving!
And then there is the midway. I can’t soar any more but I can watch the kids screaming their lungs out…eyes wide with pretended terror. Oh…the thrill of being scared! LOL
