Dire warnings!

I wonder if everyone’s mom issued ‘warnings’ like my mom did? “Judy, if you cross your eyes they can get stuck that way!” or “Judy if you frown all the time your face will grow like that!” I laugh at this now but at the time it made a big impression! I can only imagine what she would have had to say about nose piercing but I’d guess it would something along the lines of “Judy if you do that your nose will drop off!” (grin)
