Awesome force

I captured a picture early this morning before we hurried home to spend the day tucked in, watching football, and looking with awe at the horizontal rain streaking our windows. It’s hard to see how high these waves are without some perspective. I tried to get Rick to go out on the rocks to provide some but he declined! We’ve never experienced this kind of weather before. Now we’ll know what they mean when they say ‘gale force’ winds. Frightening as it is…it’s also exhilarating!
