This little coyote must have been lost…it is the only time I’ve ever SEEN the ‘yipping’ that has been our ‘night time serenade’ on so many nights.
He would take a few steps,”yip,yip,yip”, and then cock his head and listen. And then take a few steps and repeat the whole process. I do believe he had lost his pack and was none to happy about it !
