This wonderful sprawling state park is home to countless kinds of wildlife from the ridiculous to the sublime!
At the entrance we were greeted by the famous wild ‘Begging Burros”. They are smart and skilled at their ‘trade’. One blocks the car while the other one entreats you to pass out a cookie or cracker. Oh, such pleading looks!
And then there are sights with enough majesty to quicken the breath…
