Rick found a wonderful spot to fish at the stream by the campground. He caught so many trout he lost count! I trotted over to photograph him and he obliged by catching a half dozen while I watched!
I sat under a tree absorbing the wonders around me. A couple of black and white Magpies chatting with one another, a dragonfly that lit beside me to warm his iridescent wings, clouds that climbed behind the hills and my Rick’s dear familiar face as he cast out his line.
And I thought “There is not one thing that I own I wouldnt give, for the sheer joy and contentment that washes over me at this moment.”
