‘Amber waves of grain’

The weather is turning HOT. We drove into Coeur D’ Alene by a different route to check out the scenery.

I now know what is meant by ‘Amber waves of grain’. We drove through miles of wheat fields…blowing in the wind. And it DOES look like waves…the hills are alive with movement. It was beautiful…if you could see music it would surely look like this.7_29_wheat_fields
