We are really tired from the long day yesterday so a day at home sounded good. Played catch up with laundry and banking and general cleaning. Did find time on this hot hot day to go to the mall and find a fall outfit…..ahhh the sacrifice! By the by…..the gift I picked out with such care was a Dallas Cowboy outfit. (Arlington is just outside Dallas). Turns out they are Steeler fans and Taylor says, “The Cowboys suck” at the drop of a hat. A comment that probably will get him killed when he starts pre-school.
We discovered how to tell if you are in Texas as opposed to Oklahoma. In Texas there are dead coyotes beside the road…in Oklahoma there are armadillos.
I saw this in a window today….food for thought. “We all look at life through different windows.”
