Fun Day
Bill, Sally and I spent a fun day. In the morning we went into Creede to a yard sale and then a craft and baked goods sale at a local church. The smell of that baking just reached out the door and dragged you in by the collar!
Then we drove into Pagosa Springs and went to lunch, poked around for treasures in a couple of thrift stores, moved on to a bookstore, a gift store and a supermarket. Only took us eight hours. They are widening Wolf Creek Pass and we had a 40 minute wait at each end but it was worth it….
July 20
Fishing
Today was Rick’s last day of class…Came home tired but not too tired to walk over to the river and catch a BIG fish!
July 21
Falls
It felt good to get out and drive and ‘stretch’ our eyes today. We went over to North Clear Creek Falls. It’s amazing to see what looks like a lazy little river meandering through the valley….turn into these roaring falls!
