Sometimes you just have to laugh….Why is it you can always tell when things are done by committee?
We had already put in a long day by the time lunchtime rolled around. So when we saw a sign…”Roadside Picnic Table…1/2 mile we were relieved .” Perfect timing”, we thought, eager to pull off in a quiet shady spot. And then…THERE IT WAS. Not only did it have an awe inspiring view of an asphalt pile…it came with with the accompaning AROMA of fresh hot asphalt! Ah….Nature!
