Sometimes you come across a little restaurant on Main Street USA that is exactly what you wish they all were like…bright, clean, and serving great food. Pagosa Springs has one of those….it’s called the Irish Rose
The locals eat here and they are greeted by name…teased…fed well and sent on their way with a smile. The laughter is loud…and the joking nonestop. Everyone that works there looks like they are having fun and they take you along for the ride!
The food is attractive and delicious. Try an “Irish Burrito” if you want something that will fill you up and three or four of your closest friends! The green chili sauce is ‘killer’.
