We pass this ranch all the time and this young colt always catches my eye. He is so frisky and gallops around with his little bushy tail flying!
Today we stopped and I walked over to the fence. He trotted right over…bold as you please. And after a bit of looking me over…came up to me and ‘sniffled’ all over my hand and pushed his little velvet nose up against it. No doubt hoping for the ‘goodie’ that someone feeds him. I felt honored that the ‘Little Prince’ had so little fear of me. When nothing was forthcoming…he buried his nose in the posies and found something sweet on his own!
