Two hundred and fifty miles…for us a long drive! Rick is sacked out on the couch.

Riverfront Park in downtown Spokane is a nice place to spend an afternoon. I’ll bet Gabriel would love to play in this ‘Little Red Wagon”! The youngsters looked like they were having a ball.

We drove over into Idaho and visited Coeur d Alene. Found a neat antique mall. We had a contest to see who could find the most outrageously ugly antique in the place. I won hands down with a pair of lamps. Bilious green and pink does enter into the picture, but if I further describe them I’d have to burn this paper. We are talking UGLY here! (Grin)

Rick was ‘forced’ to take me to Red Lobster just to get the bad taste of ugly out of his mouth! (I love it when a plan comes together!) Then a leisurely drive around the lake and back home to some woodcarving and reading out in the cool evening air.
