A perfect ending to our visit here. Our friends came and picked us up and we went to Schreiner’s Gardens in Salem. They grow, among other things, the most glorious Iris. It would have been a treat at any time but today was Memorial Day, so along with the magnificent display gardens…we had a delicious chicken dinner and jazz music to get our ‘booties’ shaking, What a special time these past four days have been.
