You can’t miss which of the farms are Amish!

A parked buggy…and the clothes on the line are a sure give away. You can even tell the ages of the male family members by the size of the pants hanging on the line!

The farms are very well kept up. The Amish take great pride in everything they do.

The horses are always sharp looking. Many of them are high stepping thoroughbreds.

It turned cold overnight. It was still only 40 degrees at 11 o’clock this morning. I read in the paper tonight that a large number of travelers were trapped in Wyoming because of snow…15inches of snow! Hummm…winter is sneaking up on us.

We tried out another Amish restaurant today…Essenhous, in Middlebury. It was voted the second best restaurant in Indiana…good food and charming atmosphere. You can depend on good food when there are Amish customers and Amish workers both!

This horse was patiently waiting outside for his Amish family to finish eating.
