Ivan Rossiter, the owner of Rossiter’s Rough outs, is a man of many talents. He recited a poem to us called ‘The Cowboy’s Poem’. It’s a long saga concerning a cowboy whose wife sent him in to town to buy a bra. We started out smiling, began to chortle and finally ended up hollering with laughter! He has the most droll delivery…he must captivate an audience when he performs…which he does in his infrequent ‘spare’ time.
