Laughlin, Nevada is a laid back little gambling town on the banks of the Colorado River.
We spent three days there at the Tropicana recently, and enjoyed every minute. It was really quiet. I don’t know if it’s the economy or just the after holiday let down but there were times when I wondered if we were the only guests. Okay…not really…but when we were in our rooms I never heard a voice or a door close. Very restful. And because it’s off season…restful on the pocketbook as well.
