  This tiny fellow is only a few feet from me. They aren’t bothered by people at all. They fly so close I can feel them brush my hair.

  There was sure a pretty golden sunset last night.

  Okay…so maybe this “Guardian of the Flowers” thing isn’t working so well.

  There is a chimney so I suspect this was once the bunkhouse for the ranch. I can picture the cowboys warming their hands when they came in from rounding up the cattle on a frosty day.

  This magnificent view is of  the road ahead, Highway 70, far below us as we drive in Utah heading toward Moab.

  We pass this ranch all the time and I love it. It’s never the same from day to day. If I had a dream ranch on which to live…this would be it! Oh…and I’d get to hire the cowboys. … Continue reading →
