Rick and I took a walk this afternoon to the little lake nearby. What incredible peace I feel here.

This mama had four little ones tucked under her wings on this cool misty day.

This is how we celebrated the 4th of July…stuffing our faces. Every year I think the cooks up here can’t get any better…but they do! God bless America!

We took a short trip up the ‘hill’ to the overlook and gazed once more on the ranch where we spend the summer. I’ll try to keep up the site but I need some time to adjust to this altitude … Continue reading →
